During the 2001 year, OLSENBEAL purchased the MAXER 225
attachment for our fleet of new generation Manitowoc M250 /
2250 crawler cranes. The new MAXER 225 attachment increases
the crawler lifting capacity from 300-tons up to 450-tons. We
also have luffing and fixed jib attachments that will reach out
410 feet in radius and still lift 6,800 lbs. We all understand
that many projects require the shop to fabricate and ship smaller,
lighter pieces because of crane capacity restrictions. We also
understand that assembling numerous small pieces on the ground
can be very time consuming. Anything done in the air increases
safety risk factors and requires more time than ground assembly.
Smaller capacity cranes can substantially increase your labor
and transportation costs because of the extra labor and time required
to assemble many smaller components together. .

The key to decreasing your labor, transportation, and crane costs
and increase your profit margin, is the MAXER 225 attachment.
With this attachment, your shop can fabricate larger, heavier
components that will require little or no assembly when they arrive
on the job site. If some assembly is required, the MAXER attachment
will save time by allowing you to assemble more components on
the ground instead of in the air, because of its large lifting
capacity. The MAXER 225 allows you to lift heavier pieces much
farther. Also, you decrease the number of deliveries required
to transport the pieces to the job site because these pieces can
be made bigger and heavier. All these benefits will reduce the
expensive labor and transportation costs, increase productivity,
